Mike Munzing has done two refinances for me is the past 1 ½ years. Mike overcame insurmountable obstacles to get the loan approved. I am a single mother with a modest income. I went through a very difficult divorce and Mike dealt with heated lawyers and my financial handicaps. With Mike’s persistence and devotion to his profession, he was able to get a loan approved that in paper should have not been approved. I cannot give enough credit, praise, and thanks to Mike Munzing. I know that without him, I would have lost the house and my family’s financial security.

My second refinance was done recently due to the drop in interest rates. The process was so easy and the refinance decreased my mortgage payment by $200 per month. All I had to do was sign the escrow papers and Mike did the rest. I cannot thank him enough for all he has done for me and my family. I am forever indebted to Mike. I truly feel no one else could have done what he was able to do.

I want to thank you for the amazing job you did helping us finance the purchase of our home.

When our realtor, Jake Zakhar, told us about how closely you worked with your clients, we found it hard to believe. When he also told us how quickly you could turn a loan around, we also found it hard to believe. When you told us that you would get us the best rate possible, we found that too hard to believe.

It was amazing to meet someone that “did what they said”. Not only did you meet the commitments you made to us, you exceeded them! There are very few people that do and to actually find someone that lived up to their commitment amazed me. You managed to approve, close and fund our loan in 3 weeks, which is unheard of in today’s or any other market. As we both know, our loan was not easy – figuring out all of the student loans on the credit report and where they fit was no easy task. But thanks to you it was. I can’t forget to mention how you truly did get us the best possible rate. I still look at other rates in the marketplace and none have yet to come close to ours.

Your professionalism and expertise was apparent again as we were trying to close on our property. It became clear that the listing agent (for the property we purchased) was not communicating with the seller or the escrow company and could have potentially caused the deal to collapse. Thanks to your hard work and communication with both my realtor and escrow company, you managed to get the deal funded on time with no inconvenience to the seller or us.

Thank you is not enough to say. I hope you will read this letter and realize how appreciative we are to have had you in our corner. We look forward to referring family and friends to you as well as having you do a new loan for us when we are ready for another property in a few years.
